Girls Build

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!!! This 6-week afterschool program is for girls and gender-expansive youth who are interested in working with power tools and gaining building skills. Throughout the program we will work on a variety of projects, each focusing on a new tool or construction method. Tools taught include tape measure, speed square, clamps, hammers, chop saw, jigsaw, drills, drivers, and power sanders. By the end, students will take home personal projects that reflect their skills and expanding knowledge
